Wheelchair Challenge Cup holders Catalans Dragons will start the defence of their title at Hull FC on Saturday 27 April.
The Dragons beat the Leeds Rhinos 66-20 in last year’s final to win the trophy for the first time.
This year’s competition will have a new format with a straight knockout tournament.
The final will take place at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield on Saturday, 1 June, live on BBC Sport.
All five Super League teams will take part, along with the Dragons, who play in the French League, and two Challenge Trophy qualifiers.
The qualifiers will be decided after a tournament in Manchester on 14 April involving clubs from the second-tier Wheelchair Championship, which will be split across the East, South and West.
The winners of the tournament will face the Rhinos in the last eight, while the runners-up will take on the London Roosters. Four-time cup winners Halifax Panthers visit the Wheelchair Super League champions Wigan Warriors.
The Warriors, who defeated the Rhinos 50-42 in last year’s Grand Final, start their Super League campaign against Hull FC on Sunday 16 June.
The 2024 league will feature five teams after Warrington Wolves, who finished bottom last year, dropped out.
Each team will play 10 rounds of fixtures, with the Grand Final to be held on Sunday 13 October.
The Warriors will also face the Dragons in the season curtain-raiser, the European Club Championship on Saturday, 6 April.
