The final round of the Pebble Beach Pro-Am in California has been postponed until Monday because of bad weather and safety concerns.

PGA Tour officials made the decision due to strong winds and rain on the Monterey Peninsula.

Play is scheduled to get under way at 8am local time from the first and 10th tees.

US Open champion Wyndham Clark shot a course-record 60 to storm into the lead after the third round on Saturday.

The 30-year-old American holds a one-shot advantage over Sweden’s Ludvig Aberg, with France’s Matthieu Pavon two shots off the lead.
