Aston Villa are looking to sign Liverpool midfielder Miri Taylor on loan until the end of the season.
Taylor, 23, joined Liverpool from Angel City in January 2023 but has struggled for regular game time.
She has been assessing her options this month and Aston Villa need a midfielder with Manchester City closing in on the signing of Laura Blindkilde Brown.
The deadline for the Women’s Super League transfer window closes at 23:00 GMT on Wednesday.
